When is the wedding?
Our wedding will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026.

Where is the wedding?
The ceremony and reception will be held at the Emerald Grande at HarborWalk Village in Destin, Florida.

What is the timeline for the wedding day?
We’ll be sharing a more detailed schedule closer to the date, but the celebration will include a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception—all on-site at the Emerald Grande.

When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by January 7, 2026 so we can finalize our guest count. RSVP instructions to follow. Thank you!

Can I bring a plus one?
If your invitation includes a plus one, we’d love for you to bring them along to celebrate with us.

Are children allowed?
While we love your little ones, we’re planning for an adults-only celebration with the exception of our nieces and nephews. Thank you for understanding!

What’s the dress code?
We request formal attire for the ceremony and reception. Think suits for men, and vibrant evening gowns for women. We're going for a festive, colorful, and elegant celebration!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors, also at the Emerald Grande.

What will the weather be like in March in Destin?
Destin in early March is mild, with average daytime temperatures in the 60s–70s°F. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evening breeze.

Will a meal be provided?
Yes! A full dinner will be served during the reception, along with drinks and dessert.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction. What should I do?
Please let us know on your RSVP form if you have any dietary needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. The venue is happy to work with us on any special requests.

Is alcohol being served?
Yes! We’ll have an open bar with beer, wine, and cocktails throughout the evening.

Is there parking available?
Yes, on-site parking is available at the Emerald Grande for guests staying at the resort or visiting for the wedding.

Will transportation be provided?
We’re not offering separate guest transportation, but the Emerald Grande is walkable to all wedding activities if you're staying there. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are also available in the area.

Is the venue accessible for guests with mobility needs?
Yes! The Emerald Grande is fully accessible. If you have any specific needs or concerns, feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to help.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you put phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Don’t worry, we’ll have the best professional photographers capturing every moment!
